Global Warming and Afterlife: Is There Any Connection?

The afterlife, life after death, the Hereafter or the Next World is the idea that consciousness or the mind continues after the death of the body occurs, by natural or supernatural means. Deceased persons are usually believed to go to a specific plane of existence after death, typically believed to be determined by a god, based on their actions during physical life. In contrast, the term afterlife refers to another life in which only the “essence” of the being is preserved, and “reincarnation” is another life on Earth or possibly within the same universe.

There has been a lot of talk on the subject of global warming. Today we are going to have unique discussion on global warming. Something related to afterlife. Something that provides a tale of hope, that the mythology surrounding the concept of the afterlife may have merit. It is far better to cross over if you are not wracked with fear. We know that combined crush of the economic collapse, peak oil and global warming will be so severe that society as we know it will NEVER recover, our lifestyles will be seriously compromised and survival could become a life-or-death issue.

Anyway, how can anyone get so traumatized by this latest series of existing and potential catastrophes, for in the 70′s we muddled through the population bomb, limits to growth, potential nuclear winter, the Vietnam War, acid rain and two energy crises…and somehow recovered. In fact, nearly two decades after the Second Energy Crisis, crude oil in 1998 fell to the lowest on historical record ($15.52/barrel in 2008 dollars, even lower than the $18.29 of 1972), and there was nothing government, academics or politics did to orchestrate this drop. Further, another decade later the United States is now supremely unchallenged and oil is heading back to almost historic lows. Nuclear holocaust? Iran and North Korea will not precipitate a World War 3. Aside for this inconvenient economic collapse, things seem generally okay today.

All this led me to think, though, whether this small minority planning for the end (of life as we like it), might, in fact, be right? We have also found excellent reasons to believe mankind has already done all this and then left Earth for space habitats while Earth itself was properly terraformed. We, of course, are the mugs stuck with the dirty work. It would make complete sense to transport personalities and full memories in and out of the available hosts and to operate in terms of an afterlife. Of course we would not have that knowledge because we would quickly become difficult.
Of course my principal conjecture is unrelentingly scientific. It is just that few understand how much scope that provides. I can replicate Heaven and Earth, the human soul, and a media based afterlife and just about everything spun our way in the Judaic tradition which now appears to be reports passed down from the earliest resettlement efforts on Earth. Once we accept that the scientific agenda was accomplished once before by humanity, the rest falls into place and all become possible.

So I have given you a second source of hope. We are not asked to believe in a mystery that is hooey but to understand that scientific inevitability may well achieve the same result and that possibly humanity has already completed the job and is preserving our souls while we do the dirty work of physically terraforming Earth.

A principal theme of this blog is to investigate methods of terraforming the Earth to achieve optimum living conditions. A natural conclusion of the underlying conjectures is that Space based humanity is looking forward to been resettled on Earth.

Now we have reached the edges, fingers are already crossed; Solution to this global warming issue lies in your hand only. At this very precise moment you have to find your own answers. Is God the answer? But what if there is no afterlife, why not live in the best place on Earth? The choice is totally yours.
